82 degrees between the G and H keys on the keyboard. The warmest part of the system was to the left of the touchpad, but that area never exceeded 90 degrees.

Great post! I?m just starting out in community management/marketing media and trying to learn how to do it well - resources like this article are incredibly helpful. As our company is based in the US, it?s all a bit new to us. The example above is something that I worry about as well, how to show your own genuine enthusiasm and share the fact that your product is useful in that case

I disagree with you about IE.

First of all that toolbar is not part of IE and can easily be removed. Other toolbars can be hidden if needed.

Secondly, the menu in IE, which is hardly used, can also be hidden, after which you can bring it back with ALT. Both solutions make the top of the browser just as high as in Chrome.

Third, I would never recommend Google Chrome over IE, FireFox, Safari or Opera. Google Chrome is just one big piece of spyware. Google is all about advertising, they want to know what people do online and they know to some extend with their search engine, but once people lave GoogleDOTcom after clicking on a link, Google loses track of what they are doing, that's why they came up with Chrome and nothing else.
