The following video shows that Windows 7 work relatively well on Dell Mini 10v. There is a little lag because hey, it’s a netbook and its recording video while showing off the OS. 
Not only dell but every manufacturer are now shifting their operating system to windows 7 as it is far superior to the older versions like windows xp. windows 7 is superior to xp in terms of security, multi media etc.
