Most netbooks today come pre-installed with Windows 7 Starter edition, and there are quite a few limitation on a starter edition. One of them is that you can’t change the background wallpaper… and the good news is, there’s now a solution for this – using Samurize, a desktop enhancement engine for Windows.

I think after watching this video, I’ll just go to MIT and get a degree in computer programming and write the code to get background wallpaper on my Eee PC.
So when I used this samurize, it’s like a photo on top of my desktop. and I cannot access the icons on my desktop. If I will access my icons I will have to go to the real desktop.. Is it really like this or there’s another option?
