Well this is not exactly a fair comparison but just to give you an idea of the booting time for both Windows 7 and Jolicloud on netbooks.
Windows 7 booting time on an Acer Aspire One D250: 33 seconds.
Jolicloud booting time on a Samsung N140: 28 seconds.
