Sony recently announced an updated version of VAIO P that comes with Intel Atom Z-series processor, 2GB RAM, and up to 256GB of SSD as the secondary storage. The device weighs just 1.39 pounds and features an 8-inch display with accelerometer that enable it to be used in portrait mode.
With a starting price of $799, the updated version of VAIO P, just like its previous generation, is not categorized as netbook. It’ll start shipipng next month in June in the US.
