This is a demonstration of using Asus Eee PC 1005HA combined with Windows 7 to play both 720p and 1080p videos. The results are as expected.. 720p videos run smoothly, while the 1080p video is lagging.. which is acceptable since netbooks are not meant for playing HD videos.

It’s worth noting that the standard unit comes with a glossy display, which can be reflective when using it outdoor. There’s another version, ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-VU1X, which comes with a matte display but with slightly different specs.
