There’s another model of Aspire One D250 (AOD250-1584) which comes with better specs: Intel N280 Atom CPU, 1GB RAM, 250GB HDD, 6-cell battery, and Windows 7 Starter Edition. It cost more ($354.83) but definitely worth it if you need longer battery life and larger hard drive.
